About Gandhi Cup Committee

The Gandhi Cup Committee is a student body organization dedicated to planning and organizing the renowned Gandhi Cup event at Gandhi School Ancol. This committee is responsible for ensuring that the event is a resounding success by facilitating various competitions that encompass a wide range of fields, from sports to academic pursuits.

The primary objective of the Gandhi Cup Committee is to create an opportunity for students within and outside of Gandhi School Ancol to participate and showcase their talents in a diverse array of competitions. These competitions are designed to push students to their limits, fostering personal growth and providing them with a platform to explore new horizons.

The Gandhi Cup Committee is divided into eight divisions, each with its own specific responsibilities. These divisions are Acara (Events), IPTEK (Science and Technology), Lomba (Competitions), HUMAS (Public Relations), Kesenian (Art and Culture), Medis (Medical), Keamanan (Security), and Perlengkapan (Logistics).

The Acara division focuses on planning and executing the various events that take place during the Gandhi Cup, ensuring that each competition runs smoothly and according to schedule. The IPTEK division focuses on utilizing the latest technology, particularly the internet, to promote and raise awareness of the Gandhi Cup event. They explore innovative ways to reach a wider audience, enhance communication, and encourage participation through various online platforms. This division aims to showcase the event's significance and attract participants from both within and outside the school.

The Lomba division oversees all aspects of the competitions, from registration to judging, ensuring fairness and compliance with rules and regulations. The HUMAS division handles public relations and promotes the Gandhi Cup event to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring maximum participation and support.

The Kesenian division is tasked with organizing art and cultural competitions, providing participants with a platform to express their creativity and cultural heritage. The Medis division ensures the safety and well-being of all participants by providing medical support and assistance during the event.

The Keamanan division maintains order and security throughout the Gandhi Cup, ensuring the safety of participants and spectators alike. Lastly, the Perlengkapan division oversees logistics, ensuring that all necessary resources, equipment, and materials are available for the smooth running of the event.
